Miles just ate a ladybug. It was in his lemonade. I asked him what it tasted like - he said "it tasted like sour cream"... "Yuck"

I'm sitting outside with Miles trying to get in a little work at home.(Kate's home today sick - "pink eye") Miles is playing in the sand box - it's beautiful out - near 70 F.... Not getting as much work done as I'd like to be.. Oh well.

Stitches.... for Miles. Four of them... Bit right though his lip when he fell.... Lisa took him to the emergency room... and when the nurse asked him what happen.. he said "I was just dinkin' around"... Something his Dad would have said.... I am proud of my boy! He didn't cry at all when they put the stitches in according to Mom. And when he had them out.. he said it tickled ! (Yeah right!) He's my boy!

OUCH ! Miles gets four stitches in his lower lip... he fell in the kitchen and bit through his lower lip - yikes! I hope this isn't a preview of emergency room visits to come !! He was a tough kid about it though...
