Chicken Pox ??
We aren't sure what this was... another mysterious childhood rash? Some bad banana's? or Chicken Pox - we'll never know - but we did end up staying home this week, Tuesday and Wednesday - by Thursday - all better... We didn't know how bad it was going to get, but as you can see Kate was pretty much covered with these red dots. She never seemed to be bothered by them - didn't scratch at them. We gave her an oatmeal bath and things cleared up dramatically by the end of Wednesday - couldn't even see any spots by Thursday. Was it the pox? She had the pox immunization shot which is supposed to be pretty effective, although we hear you can still catch it and it was going around in Miles room at daycare... Oh well - a chance to spend a "stay home day" with Kate I guess.
